Soma Life Science Solutions will carry out a pilot training program for NSF PTRME called "Project Management in Drug Development" training course designed to equip 6 participants with essential project management skills for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries. 

This course will blend theoretical knowledge and practical tools to address the growing demand for skilled project managers in drug development as part of Workforce Development. Participants will learn how to navigate the stages of drug development, from discovery through to commercialization, while adhering to regulatory standards and optimizing resource management.
